This jaw-dropping antique necklace features two of our favorite motifs from the Victorian era: snakes and hearts! Each is represented here in delightfully-sculptural form, adorned with engravings and varied turquoise cabochons. The snake seems almost gleeful, with two garnet eyes that flicker brightly. Its open mouth holds the puffed heart, which reveals a locket on the obverse, ready to hold some precious photo or momento. A slinky snake chain aptly accompanies this show-stopping collectable, with a smart latch that tucks discreetly into the side of the serpent's head. The entire piece is original and in excellent condition.
